What's Up For Discussion at the Liberal Democrat 2013 Autumn Conference?

The Liberal Democrats encourage all members to take part. At Conference our votes settle party policy - and it's carried out on the basis of one member, one vote. This means that an ordinary party member has as much, or as little, power to influence the party's policy as an MP or indeed a Deputy Prime Minister. This internal democratic process defines the Lib Dem policy process compared to that of the other main parties.
