EU leaders will next week agree to grant Britain a "legally binding" set of measures to accommodate British demands for EU reforms ahead of an EU membership referendum later this year, EUobserver reports. According to draft conclusions of next week's EU summit, seen by EUobserver, the leaders will adopt a package of six documents on EU migration, economic governance, competitiveness, and implementation of EU laws: https://euobserver.com/institutional/132206

Essex Lib Dem plan to invest in young people and repair roads and pavements
Proposals for extra support for young people, and to undertake more road and pavement repairs were tabled at Essex County Council, by the Liberal Democrats in the budget debate this week. However, these were rejected by the Conservatives, who approved a budget containing £75 million of cuts, which will hit vulnerable youngsters and older people.
