The Liberal Democrats have launched their Manifesto for Hertfordshire, which focuses on delivering the services people want. Launching the party's manifesto, Liberal Democrat Cllr Stephen Giles-Medhurst (Central Watford and Oxhey), Leader of the Opposition on Hertfordshire County Council said:
