The container will be located at KYP, Rochdale from 2.30pm - 5.00pm tomorrow - 21st October.
Hundreds of energy-saving light bulbs are being given away by Shepway Council as part of national Energy Saving Week that starts on 24 October. The bulbs, which use less electricity than their traditional counterparts and cost much less to use, are a part of the council's drive to raise awareness of the importance of saving energy.
