Severn Trent need to return and clear the drain of roots but at present are no nearer a solution. Cllr Bill Lewis is continuing to press both Severn Trent and Rugby Borough Council on this issue.
Wiltshire Council recently held a consultation on whether bus passes used by elderly and disabled people should be restricted to use after 9am or after 9.30am. The present situation, where they can be used at any time, was not an option.
