5th September sees the return of Shepway Lib Dem's popular quiz - all welcome! The quiz will be held at Saltwood Village Hall in Saltwood starting at 7.30pm. With a wide range of subjects from local quizmaster and councillor Sam Matthews there is something for everyone - all are welcome so either come along and join a team or bring a team of your own of up to 6 people.

Folkestone West County Councillor Tim Prater has started a bid under Kent County Council's Members Highway Fund to look into a scheme to create a one-way scheme in Morehall Avenue and Chart Road in Folkestone. The roads suffer badly from parking and traffic problems, especially around school times, with the roads often locking with traffic unable to pass each way.
