Nick Clegg, leader of the Liberal Democrats, has called for Uganda to be expelled from the Commonwealth if it passes the Anti-Homosexuality Bill tomorrow. The new bill introduces the death penalty for acts of homosexuality, bans promotion of same-sex health education, and requires people to report homosexual activity or face prison.
