A recent spot check on a Folkestone Town Centre car park confirms the decline in our area. Shepway Council have had the graffiti removed from the bus stop in Church Road near the Horn Street junction. This issue was reported to the Council most recently on 12 May by Tim Prater, and has taken nearly TWO MONTHS to get resolved.
