Loughborough Charnwood and Melton Liberal Democrats Diversity Survey
The Executive committee of the local party recognise that the party membership is not reflective of the diversity in the community we wish to serve.
To help change this imbalance we are undertaking a survey in selected areas to encourage more people of different ethnicity and sexual orientations to engage with the party so that their voices may be heard within the party as a whole and also so we may become more reflective of our community.
